Informação sobre produto
1,2,3,4-Tetrahydroisoquinoline-7-carboxylic acid (TIQCA) is an antagonist that binds to the platelet receptor on human platelets. TIQCA has been shown to inhibit the aggregation of human platelets and the release of fibrinogen from human platelets. This drug has also been found to be a potent inhibitor of thrombin activity in vitro. TIQCA has potential use as a therapeutic agent for patients with diseases associated with excessive bleeding or platelet dysfunction.
