Descrição:TM-25659 is a small molecule that inhibits the growth of cancer cells by interfering with signal pathways in the cell. TM-25659 has been shown to inhibit the localization of fetal bovine serum (FBS) in osteogenic genes, which may be due to its effect on growth factor-β1. This drug also has an inhibitory effect on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), which is important for gene expression regulation. TM-25659 binds to monoclonal antibodies that are specific for growth factors, inactivating them and preventing their binding to receptors on the surface of cells, thus inhibiting their effects. In addition, TM-25659 has anti-inflammatory properties and can be used as a treatment for rheumatoid arthritis or other inflammatory diseases.
