Informação sobre produto
Pan-RAS-IN-1 is a small molecule that inhibits the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in mammalian cells. This pathway is also known to be involved in the development of tumors and cancers. Pan-RAS-IN-1 has been shown to inhibit viral replication by inhibiting viral DNA synthesis, as well as reducing the production of new virus particles via inhibition of virion assembly. Pan-RAS-IN-1 can be used to treat herpes simplex virus infections, which are characterized by painful blisters on the skin or mucous membranes. The drug is able to inhibit the growth of kidney cells infected with a mouse strain of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) and trigeminal neuronal cells infected with herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV1).
