Rac Penbutolol is a beta-adrenergic blocker that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of hypertension, angina pectoris, and arrhythmia. This drug binds to beta-adrenergic receptors in the heart muscle, causing relaxation of the muscle fibers and preventing them from contracting.
