Informação sobre produto
CIQ is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the immunoglobulin G (IgG) subunit of human IgG and has been shown to have efficacy in treating inflammatory diseases. It is one of the most potent antibodies currently available for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis. CIQ has also been shown to be effective in the treatment of cancer by inhibiting tumor growth. CIQ binds to the antigen-binding site on IgG, which is located in the Fc region. This binding prevents IgG from binding with cells that express Fc receptors, leading to reduced inflammation and decreased tumor growth.
