• Descrição: Epiandrosterone b-D-glucuronide is a glucuronidated metabolite of epiandrosterone (E1). It is a metabolite that has been found in human urine samples. Epiandrosterone b-D-glucuronide is a conjugate that can be used for the measurement of 17β-estradiol levels in biological fluids. Oral supplementation with E1 and E2 results in a change in the ratio of these two metabolites, which varies depending on the sex and age of the individual.
