Informação sobre produto
4-(Pyridin-3-yl)thiazole is a synthetic benzimidazole derivative that is used as an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase, which has the potential to be used in vivo. It inhibits the activity of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases and prevents the degradation of cAMP, which leads to vasodilatation. 4-(Pyridin-3-yl)thiazole also has antiinflammatory effects and can inhibit histamine release from mast cells. This drug binds to dinucleotide phosphate and tracheal tissues and inhibits the production of prostaglandins. 4-(Pyridin-3-yl)thiazole is not effective against cardiovascular diseases or allergic reactions because it does not bind to histamine receptors.
