Suc-Gly-Pro-Leu-Gly-Pro-AMC is a high purity, monoclonal antibody that can be used as a research tool or as an inhibitor. It has been shown to inhibit ion channels and protein interactions. Suc-Gly-Pro-Leu-Gly-Pro-AMC is also known as a ligand for the receptor. It has been shown to activate the receptor and cause a change in the cell membrane permeability by increasing calcium flux, which leads to an increase in intracellular calcium levels.
