Descrição:Ac-Pro-Leu-Gly-(2-Mercapto-4-Methylpentanoyl)-Leu-Gly-OEt is a peptide that has been shown to have anti-cancer, enzyme inhibitory, and anti-inflammatory activities. The peptide is derived from the proteolytic cleavage of human collagenase. It inhibits both matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and stromelysin in vitro. Acetyl Proleu Gly Gly Leu Gly OEt has also been shown to inhibit cancer cells in culture by inhibiting RNA synthesis and protein synthesis.
