Descrição:Propofol-b-D-glucuronide is an inactive form of propofol that is metabolized by the liver to the active form. It is excreted in urine as its glucuronide conjugate. Propofol-b-D-glucuronide is used to help maintain a patient's anesthesia during surgery and has been shown to be effective in women, although it may cause drug interactions with other drugs.
