Informação sobre produto
3'-O-Amino-2'-deoxycytidine 5'-triphosphate, also known as 3'-O-amino-2'-deoxycytidine triphosphate (3ADCTP), is a monophosphate nucleoside analog that is used as an antiviral and anticancer agent. The compound was first synthesized in 1985 by researchers at the University of Illinois. It has been shown to be useful in inhibiting the growth of cells that are resistant to other nucleoside analogs such as 2',3'-dideoxyadenosine (ddA) and zidovudine (AZT). 3ADCTP has been shown to inhibit human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) replication in vitro with an IC50 of 0.4 μM.
