It is an additive for ethylene and has been used as a dietary supplement to increase the amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids in the diet. The effects of 1,5,9-decatriene on mesoporous silica particles were studied using liquid phase oxidation and quantified by gas chromatography. The histological evaluation of the liver was conducted using a liquid phase reaction with dilution and polychlorinated biphenyls as reactants. Rhenium was synthesized from chlorine and 1,5,9-decatriene at high temperatures.
