2,3,3',4',6-Pentachlorobiphenyl (PCB-126) is an inhibitor of tumor growth and cancer cell proliferation. It has been shown to induce apoptosis in Chinese hamster ovary cells and inhibit protein kinase C activity. PCB-126 is an analog of caffeine and has been found in human urine samples.
