Descrição:AMZ30 is a chemical inhibitor of the phosphatase enzyme, which plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. It is also a potential drug for cancer treatment. The effective dose was found to be 10 μM in clinical studies using cultured human muscle cells. AMZ30 was shown to inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells, showing promising results as a potential anticancer drug. AMZ30 has been shown to reduce cardiac hypertrophy by inhibiting the phosphatase that regulates cell growth and differentiation. This inhibition may be due to demethylation, which leads to activation of genes linked with cardiac hypertrophy.
