Informação sobre produto
- Methyl 1-(aminomethyl)-1-cyclohexaneacetate
- Cyclohexaneacetic acid, 1-(aminomethyl)-, methyl ester
Methyl 2-[1-(aminomethyl)cyclohexyl]acetate is a chemical found in the human brain. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which is an inhibitory neurotransmitter. This chemical also has been shown to have dose-dependent effects on insulin-stimulated glucose and hydroxyl group, making it an analog for gabapentin. Methyl 2-[1-(aminomethyl)cyclohexyl]acetate inhibits the oxidation of chlorophyll a, which may be associated with its antihypertensive activity.
