Descrição:GRP is a protein that belongs to the G-protein-coupled receptor family. It is activated by the ligand ghrelin and has been shown to be involved in the regulation of food intake, energy expenditure, gastric acid secretion and other physiological processes. GRP is also expressed in various types of cells including neurons, pancreatic beta cells, and cardiac myocytes. The antibody against GRP recognizes human GRP with high purity. This antibody can be used as a research tool for studying the functions of GRP or for immunohistochemistry to study the distribution of GRP in tissues.
