Informação sobre produto
Methylproamine is a benzimidazole compound that has been shown to induce apoptosis in cervical cancer cells. The mechanism of action for methylproamine is not yet fully understood, but it may be due to the inhibition of DNA repair enzymes, such as DNA-dependent RNA polymerase and DNA ligase. Methylproamine also has an anti-inflammatory effect in vivo, which may be related to its ability to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis. In vitro experiments have shown that methylproamine inhibits the clonogenicity of cervical cancer cells by binding to cell nuclei and causing radiation damage. This drug also has a matrix effect on the preparation of samples in vivo, which reduces the level of oxidative DNA damage caused by radiation treatment.
