• Descrição: The Glucagon-HS ELISA (Kit) is a sandwich ELISA for the quantitative measurement of human glucagon in serum. The kit contains an antibody specific to human glucagon, and a detection antibody that has been pre-coated onto the wells of the microtiter plate. Standards are provided in order to generate a standard curve. A sample is added to each well and any human glucagon present will bind to the antibody. After incubation and washing, a substrate solution is added which will react with the bound human glucagon, resulting in a color change proportional to the amount of human glucagon present in the sample.
