Descrição:1-(2-Fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrrole is a nucleophilic aromatic amine that reacts with chloride to form the 1-(2-fluorophenyl)pyrrole chloride. It has been used in the synthesis of benzoxazines and alcohols. The product yield is high and it is reusable. It also reacts with choline chloride to form the 1-(2-chlorophenyl)-1H-pyrrole chloride, which can be hydrolyzed into choline and fluorine. This compound can also be used in the preparation of a choline eutectic mixture, which is a liquid mixture of chloroform and ether that freezes at -26°C.
