Descrição:Efaroxan hydrochloride is a cyclase inhibitor that blocks imidazoline receptors. It has been shown to prevent body formation in the model system and reduce food intake in rats. Efaroxan hydrochloride has been shown to stimulate the activity of agmatine, an endogenous amino acid neurotransmitter, by blocking its reuptake.
