The cells were treated with different concentrations of pyzie-2,3,5,6-eyl)ebezic ci for 48 hours and then subjected to cell viability tests using MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide). This agent has also been shown to induce autophagy in cancer cells by inducing expression of tnf-α. The induction of autophagy leads to cancer cell death through lysosomal degradation
