PS10 is a recombinant human epidermal growth factor that has been shown to decrease the rate of glomerular filtration in mice and rats. It also increases the oxygen transport in the blood and inhibits lipid synthesis, which may be useful for treating hepatic steatosis. PS10 can also be used as a treatment for cancer tissues by inhibiting transcriptional regulation of genes associated with proliferation and cell-cycle progression.
