Descrição:TC-G 1005 is a drug that inhibits the uptake of acetylcholine in the lung. TC-G 1005 is a potent and selective inhibitor of taurocholate co-transporting polypeptide (TCCP), which is responsible for transporting bile acids into the liver. TC-G 1005 has been shown to reduce weight gain and fat deposits in mice, as well as to increase insulin sensitivity in adipose tissue. TC-G 1005 has also been shown to have positive effects on muscle function, reversing constrictions that are caused by cholinergic agents. TC-G 1005 also has anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the uptake of acetylcholine in bronchial passages.
