Informação sobre produto
(11bR)-4-Hydroxy-2,6-di-2-naphthalenyl-4-oxide-dinaphtho[2,1-d:1',2'-f][1,3,2]dioxaphosphepin (DNP) is a dioxaphosphepin that is prepared from the acid catalyzed condensation of ethyl acetate and chloroform. DNP is soluble in organic solvents and has been used as a chiral solvent for the synthesis of enantiomerically pure compounds. It has been shown to be a very effective catalyst for the preparation of acid derivatives.
