Informação sobre produto
- Valine, Ethyl Ester
Ethyl L-valinate is a synthetic cannabinoid that binds to the CB2 receptor and inhibits HIV replication in human serum. It also has been shown to have neurotrophic effects, which may be due to its ability to activate the lysine residue of the Nogo receptor. This drug has been synthesized by adding a hydroxyl group to valine, as well as an ester hydrochloride moiety on the carboxylic acid end of the molecule. The synthesis of this drug is accomplished through a chemical reaction between trifluoroacetic acid and protonation with caffeine or nitrite ion. This process is performed at room temperature, which allows for ester hydrochloride formation without forming any side products. Ethyl L-valinate binds with high affinity to receptors in both mouse brain and spinal cord tissue and has been shown to inhibit nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
