Descrição:AZD0424 is a potent, selective and orally bioavailable HER2 inhibitor. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of human breast cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. AZD0424 is currently being investigated for the treatment of HER2+ metastatic breast cancer, with promising results in early clinical trials. It also inhibits tumor growth and metastasis in colorectal cancer patients who have received chemotherapy but are resistant to cisplatin treatment. AZD0424 has been shown to have an anti-tumor effect on solid tumour cells, inhibiting cellular transformation and tumor growth by blocking epidermal growth factor receptor activation.
