Informação sobre produto
9,9-Bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-9H-fluorene is a perovskite material that can be used as a semiconductor in solar cells. It has been shown to have a bandgap of 1.40 eV and an energy conversion efficiency of 9%. The crystal structure of 9,9-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-9H-fluorene consists of alternating cations and anions. This material is highly adsorbed on the surface of metal oxides, such as titanium oxide, which reduces the bandgap and increases the number of charge carriers. 9,9-Bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-9H-fluorene has been shown to undergo a transition from an indirect to direct bandgap at temperatures below 150 K.
