Descrição:KY1220 is a molecule that destabilizes the activated state of PD-L1, which is a regulatory protein. KY1220 has been shown to enhance the effect of cancer cell death and inhibit metastatic colorectal cancer in mice. It was also found to be more effective than PD-L1 antibodies in reducing tumor size and inhibiting tumor growth. KY1220 has been shown to synergistically enhance the cytotoxic effects of other chemotherapeutic drugs on cancer tissues. This drug may be useful for treating patients with metastatic colorectal cancer or those who are resistant to PD-L1 antibodies.
