Informação sobre produto
Dimethyl thiazolidine-2,4-dicarboxylate is an amide that can exist in two different forms. These two forms are known as diastereoisomers and they have different chemical properties. The two isomeric forms of dimethyl thiazolidine-2,4-dicarboxylate are called the S and R compounds. The S and R compounds have the same molecular formula but differ in the arrangement of their atoms. The S and R compounds also have different conformations and react differently with other molecules. Dimethyl thiazolidine-2,4-dicarboxylate can convert from one form to another by a process called interconversion. This conversion occurs when there is a change in temperature or pressure or when it reacts with another molecule.
