Descrição:AZ-GHS-22 is an investigational drug that has been shown to be effective in treating lung cancer. This drug inhibits the proliferation of tumor cells by inhibiting the cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) and inducing cell apoptosis. AZ-GHS-22 also blocks the activation of pro-apoptotic protein and reduces bowel inflammation, which may be caused by its anti-inflammatory properties. The combination therapy group showed a better response to treatment than the monotherapy group. However, AZ-GHS-22 may have adverse effects on patients with infectious diseases or bowel disorders due to its ability to inhibit the synthesis of pro-apoptotic proteins.
