Informação sobre produto
- 1H-benzimidazole, 2-(1-pyrrolidinyl)-
- 2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-1H-benzimidazole
2-(1-Pyrrolidinyl)-1H-benzimidazole (2-PyBZ) is an amino heterocycle with a nitrogen atom. It is a transition state analog that can be used to study the reaction mechanisms of nucleophilic substitution reactions. 2-PyBZ forms a cyclic structure with five atoms, which has been shown to have good regioselectivity and high acetylation selectivity in the intramolecular attack. The strain of this molecule is due to the pyrazine ring and the 1,4-diazine ring being positioned opposite one another.
