3,6-Dibromo-2,7-dihydroxynaphthalene is a crystalline compound that belongs to the naphthalene family of chemicals. It is a white solid with a melting point of 59 °C and a boiling point of 392 °C. 3,6-Dibromo-2,7-dihydroxynaphthalene can be synthesized by reacting borohydride with sodium trifluoride in an ether solution.
