Fedovapagon is a synthetic drug that is used in the treatment of urinary incontinence. It is administered orally or nasally. Fedovapagon has been shown to be effective in the treatment of symptoms of male and female urinary incontinence. This medication also has a bond-cleaving activity, which facilitates its passage through the blood-brain barrier and its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier. It has been found to increase levels of brain serotonin and dopamine, which are neurotransmitters that control mood, appetite, and sexual behavior. Fedovapagon has also been shown to decrease levels of prostaglandin E2, which may play a role in controlling bladder contractions.
