Informação sobre produto
1,2-Dilinolein-sn-glycerol is a metabolite of linoleic acid. It is formed from the oxidation of linoleoyl groups in diacylglycerols and can be detected in mouse tissues. This metabolite can be quantified by optically monitoring the disappearance of linoleoyl groups with chiral HPLC. The methodology is based on the use of enantioselective columns to separate 1,2-dilinolein-sn-glycerol from its optical isomers which are not detectable by HPLC.
