Descrição:Genomic DNA Extraction Mini spin column kit is a research kit used for isolation of genomic DNA. The kit combines the selective binding properties of a silica gel- based membrane, with the speed of micro spin. The sample is lysed under highly denaturing conditions, to ensure release of intact DNA. Buffering conditions are then adjusted to provide optimum binding of the DNA to the column and the sample is loaded on to a spin column. The DNA binds to the membrane and contaminants are efficiently washed away using two different wash buffers. High quality DNA is eluted in a special buffer, ready for direct usage and storage.
