Natriumcyclamat, mit der CAS-Nummer 139-05-9, ist ein synthetischer Süßstoff, der etwa 30 bis 50 Mal süßer ist als Saccharose (Haushaltszucker). Es handelt sich um ein weißes, kristallines Pulver, das hochgradig wasserlöslich ist, was es für verschiedene Anwendungen in Lebensmitteln und Getränken geeignet macht. Natriumcyclamat wird oft in Kombination mit anderen Süßstoffen verwendet, um die Süße zu verstärken und die Geschmacksprofile zu verbessern.
