Natriumcromoglicat, mit der CAS-Nummer 15826-37-6, ist ein Medikament, das hauptsächlich als entzündungshemmendes Mittel und Mastzellstabilisator verwendet wird. Es wird häufig zur Behandlung von Asthma, allergischer Rhinitis und anderen allergischen Erkrankungen eingesetzt. Cromolyn disodium salt is a drug that belongs to the class of drugs called cromoglycates. It is used to treat asthma and chronic cough. Cromolyn binds to the protein guanylate cyclase, which inhibits the synthesis of cell signaling molecules called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).
