Descripción:JNK-IN-17 (Compound 9J) is a selective and potent inhibitor of JNK, exhibiting IC50 values of 0.039 μM for JNK1 and 0.079 μM for JNK3. It effectively inhibits c-Jun phosphorylation in Streptozotocin-induced INS-1 pancreatic β cells, with an IC50 of 0.082 μM. JNK-IN-17 shows inhibition rates of ≤ 33% for the four major P450 isoforms (2C9, 2D6, 3A4, 1A2) in human liver microsomes, indicating a relatively low risk of drug interactions. This compound can be utilized in research on neurological and metabolic disorders, including Parkinson's disease.
