Dihydrate d'Azithromycine est un antibiotique macrolide semi-synthétique dérivé de l'érythromycine, principalement utilisé pour traiter diverses infections bactériennes. Il se caractérise par son activité à large spectre contre les bactéries Gram-positives et Gram-négatives, ce qui le rend efficace pour les infections des voies respiratoires, les infections cutanées et les maladies sexuellement transmissibles.
