Description :2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-méthylphénol, communément connu sous le nom de BHT (hydroxytoluène butylé), est un composé organique caractérisé par ses propriétés antioxydantes. C'est un solide cristallin blanc soluble dans des solvants organiques mais ayant une solubilité limitée dans l'eau.
