Neoesperidina è un glicoside flavonoide derivato dalla frutta agrumata, in particolare dalla buccia delle arance. È noto per il suo sapore dolce, che è circa 1500 volte più dolce del saccarosio, rendendolo un dolcificante naturale e un agente aromatizzante popolare nelle applicazioni alimentari e delle bevande.
