It can be used for structural analysis and to determine the presence of nucleic acids in human serum or other biological samples. The BOP Reagent binds to the phosphate group by means of intramolecular hydrogen bonding. This reaction generates a transient, covalently-bound enzyme-substrate complex that can be detected by fluorescence probe.
