Description

N-Methylurethane is a skin tumor agent that is used to test the efficacy of potential cancer treatments. It is available in the form of a hydrochloride salt, which has a structural formula of C2H6N2O2. N-Methylurethane can be synthesized by reacting hydrochloric acid and acetylcholinesterase inhibition. The reaction products are cb1 receptor agonists and dopaminergic agents, which cause cell death in rodents. N-Methylurethane is an analytical method for determining the pump inhibitor activity of drugs.
