1,2,3,4-Tetraazolo[1,5-a]pyridine is a cyclic compound that contains four nitrogen atoms. It is a ligand in coordination chemistry and has been used as an antimicrobial agent. This molecule has hydrogen bonding interactions with amines and acidic hydrolysis. It undergoes azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions to form 1,2,3,4-tetrazoles. The tautomeric form of this molecule is the tautomeric form of tetrazole.
The 1H NMR spectrum of 1,2,3,4-tetraazolo[1,5-a]pyridine shows the following peaks at 8.66 (s), 3.50 (s), 3.42 (s), 2.89 (s) and 2.63 ppm (d). These peaks correspond to the protons on the different positions on the ring
