Tribenzylamine is a deuterium isotope, which is an amine with three nitrogen atoms. Tribenzylamine reacts with radiation, such as X-rays, and transfers energy to the surrounding molecules. This causes the emission of water vapor and halides from the reaction solution. The FTIR spectroscopy shows that tribenzylamine has a synergic effect on polarizers.
