Description:
(2E)-3-(2,3,4,5,6-Pentafluorophenyl)prop-2-enoic acid is a preservative that has been approved for use in the US. It is an antioxidant that inhibits chronic inflammation and prevents cancer by depleting reactive oxygen species. This product also has a high degree of inhibition against the debromination of ferulic acid and tetrahydroisoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid oligomers. The functional groups are fluorine and hexanoic acid.
