Product Information
Rhodamine 19 is a fluorescent probe that is used as a model system to study the inhibition of dapagliflozin, an inhibitor of the sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2). Rhodamine 19 has high values in inhibiting SGLT2 and can be used for optical sensing of mitochondrial membrane potential. This probe also has a high quantum yield, which makes it an excellent probe for detecting mutations in DNA. Rhodamine 19 can be applied to k562 cells and radiation, which leads to fluorescence spectrometry. It can also be used in molecular docking analysis with laser ablation.
