Description:

2-Amino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid sodium salt is a white powder that is soluble in water and methanol. It is used as a chemical for the clarification of beverages, such as beer and wine, by removing suspended materials. The pH of the solution should be between 3 and 5, with a temperature range of 40 to 60°C. 2-Amino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid sodium salt can also be used to remove xylene and other impurities from petroleum products like gasoline or kerosene. This chemical also has an application in the purification of chemicals such as ammonium, toluene, and sulfuric acid.
