Description:
Sodium 2-((2-(stearoyloxy)propanoyl)oxy)propanoate is a sodium salt that has been used as a model system for the study of acidic ester linkages. It can also be used as a diagnostic agent to measure the concentration of fatty acids in biological fluids.
