Aniline hydrogen phthalate is a growth factor that stimulates the production of hemoglobin and erythrocytes. It also has an acidic pH, which can be used to dissolve hydrochloric acid. Aniline hydrogen phthalate is also able to convert galacturonic acid into glucose, which can be used in the production of sugar residues. In addition, it is found in chromatographic analysis as a hydroxyl group with cyclic peptides. This compound has been identified as a potential treatment for herpes simplex virus and bacterial strains such as P. aeruginosa and ganoderma lucidum. Aniline hydrogen phthalate has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and may be useful in vivo models for fatty acid-related diseases such as diabetes mellitus type 2 and cancer.
